All internships are volunteer positions and conclude with letters of recommendation from our Internship Coordinator and Producer.

Rich Theatre is proudly offering its sixth summer of internship positions to qualified individuals desiring to help create a safe space where students & audiences can experience the transformative power of storytelling. We are seeking self-motivated individuals eager to learn new skills or take a deeper dive into theatrical production.

Applicants must be fully on board for creating and modeling an environment in which all participants (campers, staff and interns) are edified, and interact with high moral & ethical character.

Interns are expected to attend every rehearsal/camp day and function as backstage crew for performances, no matter the internship position they hold.

Internships may begin as early as April with a book study/education component. Things ramp up again a few weeks before camp with pre-production meetings and set-up, which may consist of virtual meetings via Zoom, as well as in-person meetings, depending on the department.
